Thank you for visiting our web site. Let me start by introducing myself to you. My name is Kendra Cordova and I am Chairman of the Board and President of SIOCO, Inc. Southern International Oil Company (SIOCO) is a Texas based  corporation. The Company is an independent petroleum refiner intending to produce high value light products such as diesel fuel, jet fuel, and naphtha.

This is the most exciting project I have ever been involved with and I am sure that after you've completed your visit you too will be excited about what we are attempting to do. From what we can tell, its been over 50 years since the public has had the opportunity to buy into a new oil refining company. Now you can.
